Terms of Service

By accessing or using any service offered by EA Forge / RobocraftFX (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

EA Forge provides custom Expert Advisor (EA) programming for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Our services are limited to:

• Coding an EA to a written specification supplied and approved by the client
• PineScript to MQL4/MQL5 conversion of logic supplied by the client
• Setup and usage documentation for the delivered software
• License key generation for EA activation management

The following are expressly outside the scope of our services and are not offered at any price:

• Designing, originating or contributing trading logic
• Advising on, evaluating, or recommending a strategy, instrument, parameter or setting
• Backtesting, forward testing, or parameter optimisation of a client's strategy
• Trading signals, research, fund management or portfolio management
• Any service requiring registration as an investment adviser or research analyst

Where a client's specification is ambiguous, incomplete or internally contradictory, we will identify the gap and ask the client to decide. We will not resolve it using our own trading judgement.

Everything EA Forge delivers is a software product built to your instructions. Nothing we provide - the EA, the specification sheet, our quotes, or any correspondence with us - constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, research, or a trading signal, and none of it should be relied on as such.

EA Forge is not registered as an investment adviser or research analyst in any jurisdiction and does not hold any financial services licence. Our staff are software developers, not advisers.

The strategy implemented in your EA is your own. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required before development begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cryptocurrency payments via our secure checkout gateway. All payments are non-refundable once development has commenced (see Refund Policy).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity. Each package includes a revision window as stated on the pricing page. Revisions must be requested within the stated revision window from delivery date. Revisions are limited to the original agreed-upon scope.

Standard delivery consists of the compiled EA binary only (.ex4 for MT4, .ex5 for MT5). Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the delivered binary for your own trading. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the EA commercially without explicit written permission.

Editable MQL4/MQL5 source code is not included in any package and is not delivered by default under these Terms. Source code is only provided, if at all, through a separate arrangement made directly with the developer by emailing support@robocraftfx.in; any such arrangement, including price and terms, is agreed in writing outside of a standard order and is not covered by the packages listed on the Pricing page.

License keys generated via the Client Portal bind the EA binary to a specific MetaTrader account number. EA Forge reserves the right to revoke license keys in cases of breach of these terms. Circumventing license protection mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

EA Forge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes.
