Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information: name, email address when you submit our contact form or make a payment
• Strategy documents: files you upload via the contact form or Client Portal
• Payment data: processed entirely by our secure cryptocurrency gateway - we do not store card or wallet details
• Usage data: We do not use third-party analytics. No cookies are set beyond those required for the Client Portal session.

We use collected information to:

• Deliver and communicate about your EA development order
• Send order confirmation, progress updates, and license keys via email
• Respond to inquiries and support requests
• Improve our services

Order data, leads, license keys, and client login credentials are stored in a MySQL database on our hosting provider's server - not in your browser. Client passwords and the admin password are stored as salted bcrypt hashes, never in plain text. Uploaded strategy files (contact form and Client Portal) are stored on the server's file system, not embedded in the database.

Login sessions are identified by a random session token, valid for 24 hours (admin) or 30 days (client), and are periodically purged once expired. Failed login attempts are logged by IP address for a rolling 24-hour window to prevent brute-force access, then automatically deleted.

We use the following third-party services:

• Our payment processor: for cryptocurrency payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Hostinger: web hosting provider. Server logs may be retained per their policies.

We retain your contact information and order details as long as necessary to fulfil our service obligations and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
